You will have direct access to your portfolio. When you click on your personal link you then use your username and password to enter your pages. Only TIC Ltd. and you have direct access to your portfolio. TIC will never divulge any of your details to anyone unless instructed by you to do so.

To provide another person with access is easy and completely under your control. For each person you want to allow to view your portfolio you create a new username and password and set an expiry date. The system then automatically creates an email which you can adapt and send directly to that person.

You can add and delete users at any time. Therefore once you have got a job you can cancel any other access you have provided immediately.

You can also allow access to friends and family for their comments on improving the portfolio or just to show off what you have done. You may want to provide longer access for this sort of thing such as 1 year. There is no limit on the number of passwords that you can give out.

You must be aware that once you have provided access to your portfolio it may no longer be completely secure.
