Code of Conduct
We feel very strongly that this website must be used responsibly and for the purpose for which it is designed.
We reserve the right to monitor the content of individual portfolios and to remove any portfolio which clearly does not adhere to these guidelines.
To use this site you must agree to the following
code of conduct:
- All the information you have in your portfolio is true to the best of your knowledge
- All of the content of your portfolio is your OWN and is not under copyright
- You should not allow anyone else access to edit your portfolio without you being present
- Any photos, video or audio used in your portfolio which shows other people may only be used with their explicit permission
- In particular, DO NOT USE photos or video of children which would enable them to be recognised. If you do you MUST have their parents explicit permission for this use and you must be prepared to demonstrate this if asked
- You must clearly show only your own work. If you have worked in collaboration with other people on something you wish to show then you must have their permission and acknowledge this.
- You MUST NOT use any copyrighted material in your portfolio, this means any published material, photographs, video or audio. In particular using music tracks as background is in breach of copyright - you will have to make your own music.

TIC Ltd. will monitor site content on a regular basis. We will do our best to ensure responsible use but we cannot take full responsibility for the content of individual portfolios.
If any user is concerned about any of the content they see on this site then this should be reported to us immediately.
We will not hesitate to remove inappropriate material.
